These Terms of Service govern your use of the CryptoSetype platform, accessible at crypto.setype.com. CryptoSetype provides cryptocurrency exchange services and payment processing infrastructure for businesses and individuals. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CryptoSetype. By using our services, you represent that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to those maintained by OFAC, the European Union, or the United Nations. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. CryptoSetype is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Services

CryptoSetype offers two primary services:

• Crypto Exchange: Buy and sell cryptocurrencies at competitive rates, powered by third-party liquidity providers.
• Payment Processing: Accept cryptocurrency payments through merchant accounts, hosted checkout pages, and REST API integration.

Service availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Fees

Payment processing is charged at 0.4% per transaction. Withdrawal fees are determined by network conditions and displayed at the time of withdrawal. Exchange transactions include a spread that is shown before order confirmation. CryptoSetype reserves the right to adjust fee structures with reasonable notice to users.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use CryptoSetype for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Sanctions evasion or transactions involving sanctioned parties
• Processing payments for illegal goods or services
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and documentation provided by CryptoSetype are the property of CryptoSetype or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CryptoSetype materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

CryptoSetype is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of exchange rates. In no event shall CryptoSetype be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to the platform. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds subject to applicable compliance requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

CryptoSetype reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
